This business has been established by Fusion’s youth membership for those who share an interest in rebuilding various types of technology. The youth in the ReBuildIT centre learn how to strip, test and refurbish broken pieces of technology such as computers. Every machine worked on by the youth is a donated system that is then rebuilt to working condition with a fully functional Microsoft Operating System. We then offer these machines to youth at no cost and to not-for-profit community groups. The youth in ReBuildIT are trained and guided by a knowledgeable body in the field of Information Technology. ReBuildIT also offers E-waste collection for end of life electronics including all computers, printer (laser and inkjet), inkjet and laser print cartridges, fax machines, mice, keyboards monitors (CRT and LCD) and televisions. All electronics are drop off your e-waste during our regular and youth centre hours.
