For our youth who share an interest in food, our catering business is the perfect outlet for them. Our youth membership has developed a catering business that provides them with the opportunity to work hands-on in prepping, preparing, serving and cleaning up meals for various catered events. To date, Fusion has catered events such as the CAW Annual Dinner, the Town of Ingersoll Christmas Dinner, and the Lion’s Club Annual Dinner to name a few. Events such as these have given our youth an inside look into the catering business as well as left them glowing with achievement.
